I’m not the best cook by any stretch of the imagination. Cooking was never something that I really loved to do and to make good food, you have to put love into it – this much I have learned. What I am good at is some tried and true – mix a few ingredients together recipes. Here is one of them.
An appetizer great for parties, barbecues, family dinners and pot lucks. Also, this isn’t just a great dip it is also great on tacos, burgers, sandwiches, steaks (if you dare put anything on your steak) and almost anything else that you could put ranch on.
What you’ll need:
- 1 – 8oz block of cream cheese
- 1 – 8oz container of sour cream
- 1 – packet of dry ranch dressing mix
- 2-3 – Tablespoons of diced jalapeños (in the jar)
- 1 – bunch of cilantro
What you’ll need to do. Put everything in a food processor and blend. You can also use a blender or magic bullet if you don’t have a food processor on hand. Thats it! So easy. If you have time let it chill in the fridge for about a half hour, if not, it is perfectly find to go.
If you make the Cilantro Lime Dip … Tag me! I’d love to see!
