8 New Habits of 2021

I’m sure its on the forefront of most peoples minds as a new year starts. New Year New Me! Right? I thought about my new years resolutions and decided I’d rather come up with new habits. I feel like if I frame them as habits then it will somehow trick my mind into thinking they have to last longer than a few months. After all a new habit should be something that sticks with you.

Whether you are making resolutions, new habits, or just staying exactly how you are (because sometimes there is nothing wrong with that) – sometimes it helps to write it down. Have something to refer back to when we ring in 2022 and see how far you have come. Here is me writing it down:

Sometimes when I’m really stressed or tense I HAVE to take a bath just to relax my shoulders and muscles. I’ve often just thrown some oils in the bath to help but I think that salts are a great way to make it a gift! Ohhh I love this one! This is kind of a repackaged version of a “mason jar” gift. I love a good cookie mason jar gift, but if I am being honest – any one that I have ever received has sat in my pantry until I ultimately had to throw it out. I dont know if it is because it takes some effort to then cook everything? However, with a simmer pot you just dump everything in a pan and add water! Bam! Your whole house smells like Christmas 🙂

Another day, another DIY Christmas gift .. 3 of 10 to be exact. Today I am bringing you another essential oil gift. Don’t worry, if you’re not an oiler not all of these gifts require them.
