Ahh the hub of the home – this room SHOULD be the most organized because its used the most. However, because it is used the most – chances are it’s not. Here is what we are focusing on:
read more …With the whole Home Edit craze going on right now I thought it would be a great time for and Organizational Challenge. Since the pandemic hit – the last thing on my mind was spring cleaning. Spring came and went and here we are on the threshold of the holidays and I feel like I’m drowning in my own home of clutter.
*Disclaimer: I do not sell essential oils, I used them and share what I use them for but for anyone interested in buying them I suggest you go to Nesting Well and sign up with Brooke. When starting out with oils you will most likely start with oils and a diffuser. As you get more into the use of essential oils, you will find that there are some accessories that go into all the DIY potions you can make. I broke them down into two categories “Beginner” and “Intermediate”. I don’t have an “Advanced” category because I still consider...
Guys. This has to be one of the coolest DIY’s I’ve done. I saw a video on HomeTalk showing a way to do this and I had to try it. I’m not going to lie, when I started it I thought it was going to be a dud for sure. You know how sometimes you watch a video and it seems easy and then you try and its a disaster. What I am good at is some tried and true – mix a few ingredients together recipes. Here is one of them. An appetizer great for parties, barbecues, family dinners and pot lucks. Also, this isn’t just a great dip it is also great on tacos, burgers, sandwiches, steaks (if you dare put anything on your steak) and almost anything...

Because thats the time I get up in the morning to have some quiet “me” time before my littles get up and start taking over the day 🙂 Now, to the Bead Garland. I’ve seen these done a lot and they have been on my “I want to try that” list for a long time. I thought 5am was as good a time as any to try it out. You...
