I never know what to title these blog posts when I update you on what I am using my essential oils for. Kinda liked this one .. as if I was telling you a story. As per my usual disclaimer when I’m taking about oils.

I use Young Living Oils because I was introduced to them first and I do not sell them I just use them. If you are interested in buying them I can refer you to someone and that is all.

Let’s start with that stinky old garbage disposal. PSA that rubbery thing comes out and can be washed. I do it often and it is always gross. For further freshening I use these Garbage Disposal Bombs … Like bath bombs but a lot less luxurious.

I then moved on to Madeline’s Mermaid Hair Spray. This is like a natural detangler if you will. I use it on her hair after bath time (when we wash it) and in the mornings when I do her hair … if she lets me. The recipe is from Nesting Well

I also made our Bug Spray .. here in Florida we still have warmer days and still mosquitos around. I use this in the evenings when we are still outside to keep them away. Works really well and smells great.

Last but not least something new I want to try is the pre-workout roller. I have been consistently working out recently and a few friends and I have an accountability group going. Going to make one for each of us to help out! I’ll report back on how it works.

I’m going to go ahead and put the products below that I used to make any of these things. One of the newer items is the waterproof label paper. I have been using these to label my rollers and sprays and love them. You do have to have some sort of label design to print on it so I went ahead and made some!

There are labels for some of my most commonly used rollers and then blanks so you can fill in your own. I would suggest a sharpie. I just started fiddling around with designing these so I’ll make some more soon for the sprays.
