Kids Christmas Craft Kits – 10 Days of DIY Christmas Gifts
November 20, 2021Today’s DIY Christmas gift is for the kids! Most of the supplies I found to fill the kits were at the Dollar Tree, including the boxes I put them in too! These would be great to give to a preschool class (where there are only about 10 kids) or to neighbors and friends.
While this one was Christmas focused you can always make them just a generic craft kit with regular colored items. I went with the red, white and green for Christmas.
After scouring the craft isle I came up with these items to include in the craft kit:
- Googley Eyes
- Plain Pom Pom Balls
- Sparkly Pom Pom Balls
- Washi Tape
- Sequins
- Colored Popsicle Sticks
- Colored Pipe Cleaners
- Glue – don’t skimp on this one – Dollar Store glue does not work, spring for Elmers
I went ahead and cut out some Christmas figures from my Cricut (snowman, snowflake, reindeer, tree). If you don’t have a Cricut you can also just add some festive colored construction paper or these cut outs from Amazon.
I also went ahead and created a fun label to put on the kit. You can download them for free below, print them on any label paper and cut out.
Then let the kids creativity flow!
If you make these kits … Tag me! I’d love to see!
